As you may know, at AsOne we are always up for getting involved with charities and doing our part for the community. So for Christmas last year we took part in the Tameside 4 Good Christmas toy appeal! We we’re more than happy to help the people of the Tameside community and help make someones Christmas just that little bit more special in 2015!
The Christmas toy appeal helped over 1000 children living in poverty have a special Christmas last year! With the help of the Tameside community, Tameside 4 Good collected over £20,000 worth of toys! (That’s a lot of toys!) All this is thanks to our community pulling together in a time of giving.
We are extremely happy that we were able to be apart of the Christmas toy appeal as a team. We would like to thank our wonderful workers for getting involved!
That wasn’t the only charity event that we took part in over Christmas! We also took part in the #Elfie challenge! Or at least our dogs did. . .
The #Elfie challenge involved taking a selfie as a elf, posting it to Twitter with the hashtag #Elfie and the donating £2 to Tameside 4 Good!
We look forward to taking part in more charity events in 2016!
