SOCIAL Enterprises might be not for profit organisations but they still need to promote and market themselves through clever branding, on-line marketing and websites.
AsOne Design has just completed the brand creation for one of the Government’s new pathfinder mutuals – a Cabinet Office initiative designed to promote the Big Society principles of communities taking control of services.
AsOne has created a new logo and website for Salvere Social Enterprise CIC – a social enterprise which has been set up in the North West to provide care support solutions for the elderly and people with disabilities.
It’s not the first social enterprise client AsOne Design has worked with.
We’re working with a Home Office project with Sefton Council to create a website and iPhone app that will make it easier for victims of domestic violence to report incidents – and to get help local and support more easily and confidentially using GPS technology. We’ve also worked with a project closer to home in Tameside – a group of Ethiopian asylum seekers established a social enterprise business to import ethically sourced fair trade coffee from Their home and the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia, to the UK. We created branding and packaging and marketing material that was launched by at Parliament in London.
We’ve also worked with North West Interpreters to create a website for them and a promotional CD.
“Working with social enterprise clients is no different from working with other clients. They need our creative and technical help to be able to maximise their offer and help their clients understand what their business is all about and why they should work with them.”
