We are pleased to announce that the website we created for Purple Ball of Hope is now live!
They are holding the ball in memory of their mother and to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer.
Around 8,000 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (also known as cancer of the pancreas) each year.
It is the ninth most common cancer in the UK and survival rates haven’t changed in 40 years. In the UK, this means that only 1 in 5 patients live for more than a year from the date of their diagnosis.
We are holding the Purple Ball of Hope in memory of her. This will take place at the Village Hotel, Ashton Moss on Saturday 12 April 2014.
