A huge congratulations to Lauren for winning the Star Award from The Apprenticeship Academy. Lauren has proved a valuable addition to our team since she joined us last July and has developed into a very capable, competent marketing assistant, helping us support our Innovation Club customers providing essential help, guidance and recommendations as her knowledge and experience grows.
We are very fortunate to have a great dedicated team and every days work is worthy of praise; but we want to make a special point of congratulating Lauren for outstanding work and commitment to her own development. Just a few words to illustrate why Lauren deserved the Star Apprentice Award:
Lauren has shown a considerable amount of dedication, commitment and progressive thinking since she began her apprenticeship with us.
It is refreshing to have a young person come into the business who appears to take on the role so seamlessly; quickly adapting to our systems and processes ensuring we continue to consistency deliver our services.
Lauren prides herself on her attention to detail and it shows in her work.
We are committed to bringing in new talent here at AsOne, help develop skills and provide the training, support and guidance to drive a successful career for all the Apprentices we recruit; with a track record to hire over 90% of our apprentices it goes without saying Lauren will be joining us full time at the end of her qualification.
