Here at AsOne Digital Business Development, we live and work by a simple ethos, to imagine the big ideas, to evoke emotion and we believe that creativity is in the details. So, when we were given the opportunity to support the annual SpeaK Autumn Ball, we were delighted to use our ethos to help support the annual charity event. For those of you who haven’t heard of this event before, the SpeaK autumn ball is a charity event which supports the mental health charity Manchester Mind. Their goal is to help Mind work towards changing people’s attitudes towards mental health, ensuring there is a support network for those who are suffering in silence. The event was founded by Olivia Cain, Andrew Collins and Natalie Littlewood after the tragic loss of Olivia’s father and a close friend to Andrew and Natalie. Charity events such as this emphasise a positive way to move forward, raise awareness and establish a support system for family and friends of those who have lost loved ones.
How are AsOne are helping to raise the profile of the charity events?
As part of our support we ensured that the SpeaK Autumn Ball benefitted from our business expertise by developing a new webpage that would suit their needs in the most efficient way. We illustrate the positive message of the event and of the evening by including graphics and a photo library featuring images from the 2016 charity ball. The main design specification requested by SpeaK was a method of selling tickets online to allow visitors to purchase their tickets easily and effectively. We are delighted to support SpeaK and their wonderful vision by providing this service free of charge and will to continue to support them as we approach the charity events fabulous evening. An event to remember for only £35 per person.
SpeaK 2017 promises to be even bigger and better than before. Starting at 6.30pm from the Hallmark Hotel, Handforth guests will be met with a red carpet complete with photographer upon arrival, followed by a welcome drink to begin the evening in style. The night of entertainment will include plenty of opportunities to win big prizes from the phenomenal contributors, a two course dinner, live music, a grand raffle and ending in dancing the night away! It’s a wonderful opportunity to put on your best ‘glad rags’ and bringing your family, friends and work colleagues is a perfect way to support this amazing event and often overlooked charity.
