Situated in the heart of Kensington, Hotel Xenia occupies prime real estate in Central London. To cement their brand, they turned to AsOne to ensure that their website held comparable space in the digital sphere.

Client Overview

Whilst the hotel’s bedrooms are always filled, as they are part of a larger chain, the launch of their new website is designed to increase their MICE bookings in the hotel’s many private spaces and boardrooms. Additionally, the website creates a prominent marketing space for the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Evoluzione. As a hotel branding agency, our focus with these two goals is on capturing the local market and tourists to the area.

Method

Our work is always shaped by our client’s goals. As we designed the website to appeal to local individuals and businesses, we added sections that cemented the location of the brand, positioning it amongst the local attractions by providing ideas for local days out and tourist spots on the site, weaving Evoluzione and the hotel into the local community.

Beyond this, the website also highlights the vast number of private spaces in the hotel, which are available for private hire. As a hotel branding agency, we are fully aware of the importance of corporate and MICE bookings. The spaces at Hotel Xenia range from meeting rooms to areas for corporate events, including private bars and outside spaces. On the old website, these spaces were not given any room and the hotel struggled to advertise them. On the new site, they are given pride of place and an easily navigable route to them is clear.
