Evolving The Strand Palace Brand

We were commissioned to evolve the Strand Palace brand (owned by L&R Hotels) as part of Management transformation plans for a comprehensive hotel refurbishment. Change and an invigorating catalyst for the brand.

Our brand articulation process uncovered and communicated the wonderful Strand Palace brand story which goes back to its inception in 1909. It defined and developed an authentic and differentiating brand promise, Heart of London, which equipped the business with a framework from which to communicate.

The strategy was set, creativity flowed, and our work influenced much of the new-look Strand Palace.

Client Overview

The Strand Palace just minutes from Covent Garden and the Thames, the central London hotel has been welcoming guests since 1909. The hotel now offers much more than just it’s luxury rooms in a central London location. The Strand Place now provides contemporary suites for functions, which give intimate spaces for meetings of up to eight people up to large halls for conferences of up to 250 delegates.

We designed and produced both interior and exterior signage. We also named the new F&B offering and created a suite of marketing communications collateral that spoke as one throughout the hotel.
